Can't get banned from xbox live for playing a legitimate copy of a game you purchased. This is a fact, lets say you're playing a game like Halo early then if Bungie its self chooses to ban you from their multiplayer then thats another story. You can't get console banned for it.

It is my understanding that early adopters are okay on the servers before the public gets it. Activision is going to reset the servers and ladders for opening day, so what ever you have done so far will be reset to 0.

On a separate note, I CAN'T WAIT TILL TUESDAY!!!

Don't care much about the leaderboards, doesn't bother me. All the progress I care about is saved on my HD.

RELEASE DAY! Anyone got it? I heard there are alot of problems with the servers, I think I'll wait a month, meanwhile I'll live with U2 and AC2 and some old games I still didn't pick up. (Mass Effect only 15 euros on play.com, it's the version with the DLC in it :O).
