First, Kisame does not have the Samehada at the moment. We have only speculated as much that it will leave Kisame, we are not 100% sure that it will no longer be his.

Now, the Raikage might cause some significant damage to Kisame due to his fighting technique[s]. Then again, he loses chakra faster too; he is also not a jinchuuriki therefore his chakra supply runs out faster than Bee's.

no... I think that samehada would suck the chakra... it might not eat in fast enough to escape damage altogether, but samehada would definitely be able to suck that chakra down.

It was stated that raikages speed is comparable to the fourth hokage so i doubt that the samehada will have time to suck chakra kinda like it didnt have time to suck chakra when Gai opened the 6th gate.

Well maybe that's one of the reasons kisame creates that water globe, he has the adavantage in there, i dont believe raikage can move so fast in there, i mean he does need firm footholding. Unless he uses some kind of space time jutsu, and ,and its much harder to move in water than on dry land, while kisame gets even faster he will get slower, but kisame is pure haxx anyway so wouldn't let myself bother much with it
